However, this means that you're almost guaranteed to have too many applications received for each job opening - and a lot of the time that includes applications from unqualified candidates. Something we often implement to try to help mitigate this is a skills test at the end of the application. This is something that AI can't as easily be used for, and it ideally should weed out the candidates who aren't qualified.
